Adequate sleep is crucial for weight loss and diabetes management. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night. Sleep deprivation can lead to insulin resistance and increased appetite, making weight loss more challenging.

Chronic stress can disrupt hormones and lead to unhealthy eating behaviors. Practice stress-management techniques, such as meditation, deep breathing, yoga, or spending time in nature.

  1. Regular Monitoring
